2023 CVCA Annual Meeting

Our annual meeting for 2023 commenced on September 28, 2023 at 6:08 PM. Previous Board members Issac and Gayle directed the meeting. Again, we definitely have more than our quorum to have this meeting. Usually we’re proposing a budget for 2024, we don’t have that information, we have sketchy information, the new board will come up with that if that’s what the group decides to do.

Voting Results:

Board Slate:      Approved: 49                Not Approved: 2

HOA:                Continue:  21                Dissolve:  30

Hello Country Village, as of September 28, 2023 Country Village has a new board members.

  • Greg Dull
  • George Rider
  • Josh Caudill
  • James Garman
Front Yard Lights

Please remember to ensure your front yard pole light is turned on every night. Members have expressed concerns regarding the number of front yard pole lights that are not being turned on at dusk, as required by our Association's Covenants. Our subdivision can get pretty dark without the front yard pole lights on, and we want to help prevent any other car break-ins by ensuring the neighborhood has good lighting.

Thank you very much!
